What services does Goat Property Management offer?

Goat Property Management provides comprehensive property management services, including marketing your property, tenant screening, lease preparation, rent collection, property maintenance, inspections, and financial reporting. Our goal is to maximize your property’s profitability while minimizing your stress.

How do you screen prospective tenants?

We conduct a rigorous tenant screening process to ensure your property is rented to qualified tenants. This includes credit checks, rental history verification, income validation, and background checks. We aim to find reliable tenants who will treat your property with care and pay rent on time.

How are maintenance and repair issues handled?

We coordinate all maintenance and repairs on your property. Tenants submit maintenance requests through our online portal, and our trusted vendors handle repairs promptly and professionally. Owners are notified of significant repairs, and we strive to keep costs reasonable while maintaining your property’s condition.

When will I receive my rental income?

Rental income is disbursed monthly. After rent is collected and any maintenance or management fees are deducted, we deposit your funds directly into your bank account. You’ll also receive a detailed monthly statement through our owner portal.

What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?

In the rare event a tenant stops paying rent, we handle the entire process, including issuing notices and coordinating legal actions if necessary. Our proactive screening process minimizes this risk, but if it occurs, we work to resolve the issue quickly to protect your investment.
